1. Scope of application

These general sales conditions (GSC) apply to all sales of decorative items, textiles, furniture and wallpaper made via the JOLI JOUR PARIS website, owned by SAS MALBAT & CO, whose head office is located at Grand Ranlay, 44410 HERBIGNAC – FRANCE.

2. Controls

You can place an order on our JOLI JOUR PARIS website. The ordering process consists of several steps. After selecting the products and adding them to your basket, you will need to validate your basket, choose a delivery address, and a payment method before submitting your order. An invoice will be sent to you by e-mail.

3. Awards

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (all taxes included) for Europe and in US dollars for the United States. These prices include taxes applicable in the country of invoicing, but exclude delivery charges, which are calculated separately.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately on the order date. You can pay by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Secure online payment is guaranteed by our payment service provider.

5. Delivery

We deliver our products to France, the European Union and the United States. Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination and weight of the parcel. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer reimbursed.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, customers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of items to return products without justification. US customers should refer to our specific returns policy. However, wallpapers cannot be refunded once installed.

7. Warranties and liability

JOLI JOUR PARIS undertakes to supply products that comply with the specifications displayed on the site and with the laws in force. The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects.

8. Intellectual property

All elements of the JOLI JOUR PARIS site are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of SAS MALBAT & CO. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.

9. Personal data

JOLI JOUR PARIS is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The information collected for the processing of orders may be communicated to contractual partners of the company only in the context of the execution of this order.

10. Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Saint Nazaire – France.
