Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your order, without having to justify your decision.

Customers with account

If you have created an account on our site, you can exercise your right of withdrawal directly from your customer area:

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the “Orders” page
3. Click on “Exercise my right of withdrawal” for the order concerned
4. Select the products to be recalled and confirm your request

Customers without account

If you have made a purchase without creating an account, please use the form below:

Withdrawal period

The 14-day cooling-off period begins from the date of receipt of your order. Once this period has elapsed, we will no longer be able to process your cancellation request.

Refund

Once we have received your cancellation request, we will reimburse you within 14 days. Return shipping costs are at our expense.

Products must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging if possible, with the invoice.

These provisions comply with articles L.221-8 to L.221-22 of the French Consumer Code, which govern the right of withdrawal in distance selling contracts.
