Like a memory of an old-fashioned carnival, CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 brings poetry and color into the home.

With its conical shade, terracotta and olive green stripes, delicate gold trim, and green twisted cord, this handcrafted, hand-painted portable lamp evokes the charming canopies of 19th-century carousels.

But behind this graphic silhouette lies a wonderful surprise: a lush floral design, created using MODERN STYLE No. 6 wallpaper by Joli Jour Paris.

Large orange flowers bloom amid foliage in shades of grayish blue, sage green, and deep gray, in a composition inspired by Art Nouveau.

An exclusive creation by @aroundfiveflowers for Joli Jour Paris, where delicate craftsmanship meets bold decorative patterns.

With their striped canopies, shimmering colors, and refined ornamentation, these vintage carousels possessed a joyful and unique elegance.

The CARROUSEL collection revisits this wonderful world.

The MODERN STYLE No. 6 model features the distinctive silhouette of these small lampshades, with a conical shade 23 cm in diameter, made entirely of hand-painted art paper.

On the exterior, wide terracotta stripes alternate with a deep olive green, creating a graphic pattern that is both warm and elegant.

Delicate gold trim accents each strip and adds a touch of elegance to the overall design.

The metallic finishes with golden and coppery highlights extend this refined aesthetic, while the green twisted power cord harmoniously complements the color palette.

A decorative light fixture with retro charm but a decidedly contemporary style.

The unique charm of CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 lies in the interplay between its two designs.

On the exterior, the freehand stripes form a regular, almost architectural geometric pattern.

Inside, the MODERN STYLE No. 6 wallpaper by Joli Jour Paris features a lush, dynamic plant motif.

Large flowers with coppery-orange petals stand out against dense foliage, where grayish greens, deep blues, and shades of gray blend together.

The curves of the stems, the stylized leaves, and the blooming flowers are reminiscent of Art Nouveau ornamental compositions.

The richness of the pattern contrasts delightfully with the graphic simplicity of the exterior.

A thin gold border accentuates the edge of the lampshade, while the floral design appears as an elegant frieze beneath the pendant light.

On the outside, the geometry of an ancient tent. On the inside, all the freedom of a garden in bloom.

At Joli Jour Paris, we love to imagine patterns beyond their primary function.

With CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6, our wallpaper leaves the walls to adorn the interior of a handcrafted light fixture.

An unexpected way to rediscover this floral design, whose curves and colors take on a new dimension as they follow the conical shape of the lampshade.

The pattern is revealed beneath the flashlight and can be glimpsed along its lower edge.

This combination of wallpaper and hand-painting creates a unique decorative space where two forms of craftsmanship come together.

A lovely way to blend the Joli Jour Paris collections with everyday objects to create interiors rich in detail and personality.

With a diameter of 23 cm, CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 fits naturally into any room in the house.

Its terracotta and olive green stripes give it a warm look, while its floral interior design adds a touch of whimsy.

In a bedroom, it replaces a traditional bedside lamp and hangs elegantly on either side of the bed.

In a living room, it pairs well with a velvet armchair, an antique bookcase, or a small console table.

In an entryway, it becomes an unexpected decorative touch that immediately catches the eye.

You can also picture it in a country house, surrounded by antique furniture, handcrafted ceramics, and textiles in natural hues.

It pairs particularly well with weathered wood, sage green, terracotta tones, grayish blue, and raw materials.

For those who love bold decor, it can also be paired with MODERN STYLE No. 6 wallpaper, creating a nice visual connection between the walls and the light fixture.

’s CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 comes with a 2-meter green twisted-pair power cord, equipped with a switch and a power plug.

This means it can be hung near an outlet without requiring a permanent electrical connection to the ceiling.

Placed above a nightstand, near a reading nook, or in a corner of the living room, it creates a decorative focal point with ease.

Its E14 socket is designed to hold a compatible LED bulb, which is not included.

A solution that’s both practical and stylish, providing extra lighting and adding a touch of personality to your home.

‘s CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 is much more than just a portable lamp.

When turned off, it looks like a small work of art, with its tent-like shape, hand-painted stripes, and gold accents.

When lit, it sets the mood for moments of calm and reveals the richness of its interior design.

The large orange flowers, bluish foliage, and plant-inspired arabesques come together to create a delicate world that can be explored from different angles.

A small light fixture that catches the eye without ever losing its airiness.

Entirely handmade by @aroundfiveflowers, CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 celebrates the beauty of unique objects and artisanal craftsmanship.

Each lampshade is crafted from art paper, hand-painted, and then lined on the inside with our MODERN STYLE No. 6 wallpaper.

The slight variations inherent in handcrafted work add to the charm of each piece.

This collaboration embodies the spirit of Joli Jour Paris: expressive patterns, unexpected combinations, and a desire to create personal, joyful, and vibrant interiors.

Each CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6 light fixture is handcrafted to order, specifically for your purchase.

From the meticulous painting of the lampshade to the interior lining with our wallpaper, each step requires time, precision, and special attention.

Delivery time: approximately 3 weeks from the date of your order, including manufacturing and shipping.

Just a little patience, and you’ll be able to welcome a piece made especially for you into your home.

MODERN STYLE CAROUSEL No. 6: a little carousel of light, a hidden garden, and plenty of poetry.

Since each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, which contribute to its artisanal charm.

CARROUSEL MODERN STYLE No. 6, a handcrafted portable lamp inspired by 19th-century carousels, featuring warm colors and a delightfully retro charm.

Its 23-cm conical lampshade is entirely hand-painted with wide terracotta and olive green stripes, delicately accented with gold.

Inside, a surprise!
