However, we understand that you may need to return a product. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-69fdc68\" data-block-id=\"69fdc68\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us at JOLI JOUR PARIS via email at contact@joli-jour-paris.com, your decision to withdraw from this purchase by a clear statement.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-2b2d833\" data-block-id=\"2b2d833\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><strong>2. Return conditions<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-27c7276\" data-block-id=\"27c7276\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Returns are acceptable if the products are returned in their original, undamaged condition, with all original accessories, labels and packaging. Products must not have been used, installed or assembled in any way. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to wallpaper once it has been glued to a surface. Once wallpaper has been applied, it is considered used and cannot be returned.   <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-51198e7\" data-block-id=\"51198e7\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><strong>3. Refunds<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-88e9606\" data-block-id=\"88e9606\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-4712c09\" data-block-id=\"4712c09\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\"><strong>4.
