1. Manufacturing and delivery

  • Manufacturing lead times: In the interests of eco-responsibility, our products are made to order. Manufacturing lead times vary between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the product. Lead times are indicated on each product sheet.
  • Mode of delivery: We work exclusively with carriers recognized for their reliability and adherence to delivery deadlines.
  • Delivery times: Our delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, and will be indicated when you confirm your order.
  • Delivery rate :
    • From €0 to €50: €4.90 at home and €3.90 at a relay point
    • From €50 to €100: €7.90 at home and €6.90 at a relay point
    • From €100 to €200: €9.90 at home and €8.90 at a relay point

2. After-sales service

  • Returns and refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Returns are acceptable if the products are returned in their original, undamaged condition, with all original accessories, labels and packaging. Products must not have been used, installed or assembled in any way. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to wallpaper once it has been glued to a surface. Once wallpaper has been applied, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will guide you through the necessary steps.
  • Complaints: If you have a problem with a product or delivery, please contact our customer service department immediately so that we can resolve the problem quickly.
