A unique, natural and graphic wall decoration

At Joli Jour, we like to play with materials.

Today, we present our new collection of decorative panels in natural hemp, imagined as a series of graphic and poetic strips to hang, frame or even glue directly to the wall.

Printed in a limited edition on a noble, textured base, these panels are much more than simple wall decorations: they are genuine works of art, created from original drawings by Aude Joli Jour, and printed in collaboration with Ananbô, experts in handmade printing.

A noble, living plant: natural hemp

The chosen textile is a 440 g/m² natural hemp, woven by hand. An ecological material par excellence, hemp is robust and durable, and its irregular texture gives it a lively, authentic presence. It captures light magnificently and makes every printed line vibrate.

All printing is done with natural inks, for an environmentally-friendly approach and in keeping with our commitment to eco-responsible decoration.

Hand-drawn, expressive motifs

Each panel is conceived as a large page, a fragment of gesture. Aude Joli Jour’s signature black ink line is free, fluid, sometimes naive, sometimes calligraphic. The motifs are designed to be hung singly or in series, vertically or horizontally, as you wish.

The 4 available patterns:

• Yellow, green or mauve Indian :

A floral revisited in a tangy version, between tradition and gourmandise (absinthe, honey or plum colors).

• The beige Indian :

Soft, naive lines, a composition full of spontaneity.

• Isfahan:

A rhythmic, organic drawing, like a graphic dance traced in ink.

• Poiret:

A free, elegant tribute to the “La Perse” coat designed by Dufy for Paul Poiret. Vibrant lines and oriental influence.

Three ways to install it, depending on your style

• Suspended with studded rods (not supplied), for a light, airy look.
• Framed, for a more classic finish
• Glued to the wall, like a strip of wallpaper, using an adhesive suitable for natural textiles.
